HSB Northwest Skåne, which is part of the cooperative housing movement HSB, has decided to use SmartCraft’s tool HomeRun.net as a supplier of digital solutions for remodeling projects. The agreement is running for a period of more than two years Through this collaboration, HSB Northwest Skåne will benefit from HomeRun’s extensive platform to optimize optional processes and improve communication with residents during major renovation projects.
HomeRun digitizes projects for new production, stock exchanges and home renovations. The cloud service collects all project information and communication with residents and contractors in one single platform. HomeRun, originating in Finland, was acquired by SmartCraft in May 2021. Following the acquisition, HomeRun has also been successfully used in Sweden. HSB Northwest Skåne is one of 25 regional associations in HSB, which is acknowledged as Sweden’s largest housing cooperative in planning, financing, construction and management.
