Rørentreprenørene Norge are responsible for ensuring that requirements in the market and in the legislation related to quality assurance and HMS are met, while Cordel Norge is responsible for the development and maintenance.

Rørentreprenørene Norge together with Cordel Norge are one of the few that have been granted a license to integrate with DiBK, KS and Altinn. Cordel KS | HMS will support this and a solution for digital construction forms to flow seamlessly between all parties in an ongoing construction project is under development.
