The digital revolution has come to the construction industry. In an industry that was previously far behind in digital development, innovation is presented daily in everything from clothing, equipment, tools and instruments.
The large contractors, customers and consumers are far ahead and are beginning to increasingly demand craftsmen and subcontractors who can handle the new technology in the projects.
Byggsandra explores the craftsman’s new workday
The free digital event, Bygg[R]evolution is presented on March 11 at 14-16PM by Sandra Mobaraki, better known as Byggsandra. She will in the studio explore how the craftsman’s workday will change in just a few years.
Craftsmen and suppliers such as inspiring Kairos Future, Dryft, Guardio, Amanda Borneke and representatives from the supplier side and smart homes, will also be participating in the event.
“The time for the event feels right. The new technology is advancing at a rapid pace and is also starting to become more accessible in terms of cost. It gives the development an extra push forward. We are on the threshold of “the future”, and Bygglet wants to contribute in every way so that even small and medium-sized craft companies can feel equipped for the future “, says Katja Widlund, Marketing Manager at Bygglet, who is behind the event together with main sponsor Woody.
The event is two hours long with a packed program of short 10-minute features, with something for everyone who is curious about how the workday will change in the coming years for all craftsmen.
