Vivienne Bjørseth Karlsen (b. 1970) have more than 20 years of both sales and general management experience from several different industries, most of which within the Staffing & recruitment, MarTech and Software industries. She is highly people and customer focused with a commercial mindset, and brings experience from several change processes and from managing growth.

The last 11 years before starting in SmartCraft Norway, Vivienne worked for the software company Aditro/ SD Worx, where she started out as Consulting Director until she from 2015 became the Managing Director of the Norwegian company in the group.

Vivienne did her Bachelor studies in Marketing and PR at The Norwegian School of Marketing, now BI Norwegian Business School.
