James Farrell (b. 1979 ) is the General Manager and one of the co-founders of clixifix®. Highly customer focussed with a commercial mindset, James has proven experience of growing a company from zero to scale-up of over 3.5M€ revenue with 30+ team members.

James has a breadth of experience with national and regional developers in the UK, and with Ireland’s largest housebuilder in a variety of roles from a site labourer, to selling new homes, customer care and marketing.

A recognised thought leader in defect management and customer care, James boasts strong relationships with many of the sector’s major stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

James is a qualified marketing professional (BA Hons) with over 20 years’ experience in the residential construction sector.
