CTO at SmartCraft ASA since June 2021

Christian Saleki (b. 1980) has wide ranging experience and knowledge about product development and building long-term software strategies that secures a continuous value creation for customers and markets. Prior to SmartCraft, Christian worked as CTO and CVO at OPEN helping the company to grow from 80 customers to 8000 over the course of 12 years by delivering software that is intuitive and well designed. During his time at OPEN, he has led a large R&D organization containing 65 people spanning over 4 countries.

Although software is his primary passion, Christian tries to read as many books as possible during his spare time. Main topics of interest includes leadership, scalable software and how to build high performing teams.

Christian holds a master degree in engineering from Chalmers University as well as a master degree in International Business from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. Since 2010, he is also a member of Mensa.
