Taking action for a sustainable tomorrow
Climate change represents one of the greatest challenges of our time, and at SmartCraft, we are continuously working to identify new measures and implement effective actions to minimize our environmental impact.
Measuring our impact
Our strategy to improve our climate impact focuses on identifying and reducing our total emissions, based on our calculations under the GHG Protocol. This mapping provides the basis for our future actions and objectives and for our compliance with the European Climate Law, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and the Paris Agreement.
Energy management
SmartCraft is continuously working towards our goal of using 100% renewable energy. Currently, 95% of electricity in our offices comes from renewable sources, and our data hosting providers already use 100% renewable energy.
Resource use
SmartCraft partnered with an external provider dedicated to responsible handling and recycling of electronic waste. Through this arrangement we lease new computers, enabling us to track electronic equipment effectively, manage device turnover responsibly, and ensure our electronics are reused or recycled.
