"The last years we have expanded massively through organic growth and 9acquisitions in Norway, Sweden and Finland. We continue to target 15-20 percentorganic revenue growth with strong profitability and are now taking the nextstep in the development as a leading provider of SaaS based services for theconstruction industry. To have a holistic offering in the different geographiesand be able to coordinate and scale our activities we have amended and realignedthe organization with focus of each geographical market. Additionally, we haveestablished shared key functions on the group level. This will allow our teamand our services to function together even better. Karlsen has extensiveexperience from leadership positions in several companies, most recently asManaging Director in the HR service provider SD Worx Norway AS (previouslyAditro).
