SmartCraft ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

On 16 December 2024, funds managed by Anabranch Capital Management, LP
("Anabranch") acquired 118,541 shares in SmartCraft ASA (OSE: SMCRT) (the
"Company"), resulting in funds managed by Anabranch exceeding the 5% reportable
threshold of the share capital and voting rights in the Company. 
 
Following the acquisition, funds managed by Anabranch control a total of
8,675,693 shares and voting rights, corresponding to 5.06% of the outstanding
shares and voting rights in the Company.
 
Anabranch (for and on behalf of funds managed by it) is the disclosing party on
an aggregated level. The shares are held by Anabranch Master Fund, LP, which is
ultimately controlled by Anabranch. Anabranch has no rights to further shares or
votes in the Company.
