(Norway) Disclosure of Large Shareholding – SmartCraft ASA

Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the
Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following
information. As of 23 June 2021, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. ("SCWF") holds
12,359,540 shares of the Company, amounting to 7.392% of total voting rights and
7.392% of total share capital. The acquisition of these shares, and this
disclosure obligation, occurred as part of the Company's initial listing on the
Oslo Stock Exchange on 23 June 2021. Please note that the notification submitted
on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 23 June 2021 included
SCWF's holdings.

On 23 June 2021, one or more of CGC's management companies acquired 12,359,540
shares of the Company, resulting in a shareholding amounting to 7.392% of total
voting rights and 7.392% of total share capital. The acquisition of these
shares, and this disclosure obligation, occurred as part of the Company's
initial listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 23 June 2021. Please see the
enclosed Schedule A for transaction details and Schedule B for the number of
shares in the Company held by each management company in respect of which this
notification relates.
