Today, we start trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, marking an important milestone in our journey.

For us, this is a natural next step. It reflects the strong position we have built in the Nordic market and supports our ambition to continue delivering long-term profitable growth.

We develop mission-critical SaaS solutions for craftsmen and construction businesses, helping our customers work more efficiently and manage the most important parts of their daily operations. With a growing presence across the Nordics, we remain focused on building practical software based on real customer needs.

“Today marks an important milestone for SmartCraft as trading in the Company’s shares commences on Nasdaq Stockholm. We look forward to welcoming new shareholders to SmartCraft as we continue our journey as a Swedish listed company. With our strong position in the Nordic market, we remain focused on supporting our customers with mission-critical SaaS solutions and on driving long-term profitable growth,” said Jeremias Jansson, CEO of SmartCraft.

The listing follows the completion of our previously announced cross-border merger between SmartCraft ASA and SmartCraft Group AB (publ), completed on 20 March 2026. SmartCraft ASA was delisted from Oslo Børs on 19 March 2026, and all existing shareholders had their shares exchanged one-for-one for shares in SmartCraft Group AB (publ).

Ahead of our first day of trading, we also completed a public offering in Sweden. The offering was multiple times oversubscribed, with more than 2,300 individuals subscribing for shares, and all subscribers were allotted shares.

For us, today is about more than a new listing venue. It marks the beginning of a new chapter as we continue to support the digital development of the construction industry across the Nordics and beyond.
