September 5, 2022 - Karl Strömberg, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on
September 2, 2022 45 000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 17.74 per share.
The share sale was made to cover payable personal tax obligations related to the
IPO of SmartCraft ASA in June 2021.

After the transaction, Mr. Strömberg holds 123 235 shares in SmartCraft ASA.
Additionally he holds 110 000 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment
program.
