December 2, 2022 - Hanna Konyi, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on
December 2, 2022, 80 000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 15.4077 per
share.

After the transaction, Mrs. Konyi holds 1 010 675 shares in SmartCraft ASA.
Additionally she holds 331 043 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment
program.
